all this beatles debating on my dashboard made me put them on my iPod... shuffling through every song
i’ve decided that my top 5 beatles albums are as follows:
- rubber soul
- revolver
- help!
- abbey road
- hard day’s night
these were very difficult decisions to make, with the exception of #1… how could i not include the white album or magical mystery tour?? just because they didn’t make the list, doesn’t mean i don’t love them!
rubber soul - because it’s the first beatles album my father introduced to me when i was a kid, and i instantly fell in love. i remember riding in his blue lincoln singing along with him at the top of our lungs. i will forever be in love with this album, thanks to my dad.
help! and hard day’s night - because i love the movies that are associated with these albums. not to mention incredible songs like “if i fell”, “it’s only love” and “you’ve got to hide your love away”!
revolver and abbey road - because they are amazing and have some of my favorite songs on them. these albums, in MY opinion, capture one of my favorite bands in their prime.
I’m very surprised by your choices, pretty much falls in line with my favorite Beatles albums, the white album might sneak in there. Hope your doing well C.
